How private events work
- Request a quote. Events are quoted to your date, location, and headcount — there's no flat menu price.
- 75% deposit. Required upfront to reserve the date and block the full studio day.
- Travel fee. A flat fee plus a per-mile rate from the studio, confirmed in your quote.
- Signed agreement & emergency contact. A simple contract and an emergency contact are required before the date is locked in.
- Tiered cancellation. Full refund 2+ weeks out; partial inside 2 weeks; forfeited within 72 hours — with discretion for genuine emergencies.
Headcount can be reduced up to two weeks before with no penalty. Inside two weeks, the original headcount deposit stands.
